There is a listing on eBay for the new Voivod cd and he has it listed as "Limited Digipak"? Is there a limited digipak? and if so does that mean there will be a regular release with a normal jewel case?

Maybe it's limited to 100,000 copies and then the next run will be jewel cases...which I've never seen yet, either.
