If Unfaith had ripped large portions of Metallica songs and then said they were original then fair enough, but for two chords?!?!? How can they claim rights to that? Perhaps we'd better ask Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and Motorhead if they think Metallica have ripped their chord styles off. Let's get stupid. Perhaps Phil Taylor should sue Lars for imitating his double bass style. And how about this...If they win shouldn't Dave Mustaine get a cut? After all he was one of the original members and was a major part of the forming of their musical style. He is also on the credits of just about every song on the first two albums.

This MUST fail. Where's my Metallica collection...I'll burn it if they win. I sincerely hope they do not.

Joke or no joke; Metallica$h is a band that needs to be taken behind grandpapa's barn and put down, filmed, then put into a tribute song and video by Avril Lavigne. That should sum up a band that was at the TOP then straightlined to the bottom for the last 15! I've crapped turds with more integrity than this band. Fuck I'm crasse! But the truth is like that sometimes.
