Ok, I know we might be beating a dead horse with this whole Mctallica vs. Voivod debate, but damn, it's fun. I finally heard the shit on CDR last week, and I like a few of the songs, but damn, the Garage Days 87 disc had better "rawer" production than this. Anyway, here' the link: http://www.roadrun.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=14118

What i have heard is quite bad in my opinion. Bad all the way around.
Looks like Metallica need Terry Brown to clean up theyre Production for them!

I just recieved a package from NucVamp and the sneaky bastard hid a copy of the new Metallica in with a Judas Priest compilation. I've been tempted to play it...aw hell, why not now? I'll read Jase's review as I crank it.

Mez, can't you take the heaviness of the mighty St-Anger... *runs and hides*
The comments below the article are pretty funny too though.

If Pro-Tools were available to him back in the 80's, I'd swear that Kerry King did a cut-and-paste job and put the same solo in every song.
Me, listening to a Kerry King guitar solo: "Is that 'Altar of Sacrifice' or 'No Sleep Til Brooklyn'?"
