Cobham is awsome without a doubt! Been on the hunt for a vinyl copy of "Spectrum" (which also features Tommy Bolin), for some time now.

There are so many ways to rate musicians, it's impossible to declare an absolute best. However, my favorite drummer, for tasty subtleties backed by major hitting power and an impeccable sense of timing, has to be none other than Bill Bruford!

i honestly dont know anything about them...besides Bill recorded their album and they are melodic hardcore. your chances w/ bands that record at his studio are 50/50, id say, haha.

go see Only Crime if you get the chance, tho. thats Bill's current touring band. about as close to Black Flag as youre gonna get nowadays.
