Fuck me sideways, 320bpm!!!! That is inhuman. Yngwie, Paul Gilbert, George Lynch get to about 200bpm and thats fast.
I just reached my all-time speed record of 16th notes at 160bpm and I've seriously fucked my right hand up doing it. Ibuprofin gel, bandages, 'using the other hand' etc. Think I'll go and join a Ramones cover band instead.

He probably learned to play guitar with a 16 rpm record that he had ajusted at 78 rpm. Seriously he's fastest than a machine. The metronome was not able to go much fast and it's for this reason that he stopped at 320.

yeah, but its obviously sped up footage - looking at the unnatural speed of the head twitches by the time its at top speed, and the jerkiness of the movements of that bloke in the background.
yeh - he's fast, but ffs - don't believe everything you see on t'internet!

But it seems to be real if you watch the complete video (9 minutes), his record is approved by the Guiness Book World Records. This guy named Tiago Della Vega plays in front of many withness and I believe that there is no fake.

You can set a metronome as fast as you like but beyond 250bpm its not very useful to keep time. But you could half the speed of it and play twice the notes-to-beep, so he could have gone up to 1000bpm if he did some Bullet Time trick with his willy out.
It sounds like a bunch of jibberish to me.. I think anyone can run their hand back and forth across a guitar neck while simulating extreme masturbation velocity with their other hand. Playing guitar is supposed to be like making love, not wanking-off.
