I am currently halfway through my fifth spin of the Angel Rat demos this week, I would just like to state, for the record: I believe that in demo form, Angel Rat sounds exactly like the album that should've followed Nothingface.

The demos don't sound better than the album.

I didn't say the demos sounded better than the album, I said that I believe the demos sound like the album that should've followed Nothingface.

obviously "quality wise" the demos don't sound as good as the official release, but I think the heaviness was lost from the demos to what was released. Whether this was done for a more commercial sound I'm not sure, but the feel of the demos seemed more fitting to the music and lyrics.
like i said in the other threat about Angel Rat, I would love to see the demos be released as a bonus disc when AR gets rereleased.

Shroeder says the right thing ! The album would have been better if the style of the demos had been respected but Terry Brown didn't respected it at all...
