There is more money being returned to the economy by keeping weed illegal, with exorbitant prices and no cost to manufacture the cash ultimately goes right back into the pool.
Every time a head smokes a bag, one way it can be viewed is like giving charity donations to their governments @ $50 minimums and they dont even have to give a write off for it.
